How to transfer your membership

If you wish to transfer your existing church membership, please provide us with the following information:

Your full name
Your date of birth
Your place of birth
Date of baptism (and confirmation, if applicable)
Name of you current or previous church
Address of your current or previous church

On receipt of your information, a letter requesting a transfer of your membership will be sent to your previous church.

When we receive your letter of transfer, we will add your name to the parish roll at St. Michael and All Angels and notify you of your new membership.
